A special event to mark David Attenborough’s 100th birthday is taking place at the Royal Albert Hall in London
Presenter Kirsty Young hosts special guests to celebrate the broadcaster’s life and his groundbreaking natural history career, which spans seven decades

One participant said: “We all love watching Sir David’s programmes, he’s taught us so much about the world.
“It felt really special to celebrate his birthday.
“We worked on it together and had such a good time.
“I hope he knows how much he means to us.”
The event brought everyone together to plan, create, and celebrate in a fun and meaningful way, building connections, sharing interests, and boosting confidence.

Family Action’s Wiltshire Community Support and Outreach Service helps individuals gain confidence, develop new skills, and feel connected to their communities through structured activities and ongoing support.
The celebration for Sir David reflects the service’s wider aims of fostering inclusion, creativity, and personal growth in a supportive environment.
